All purchases made through Psalmist Angel Brown are final and non-refundable.

Because many of our offerings involve reserved time, immediate access to digital content, preparation, intellectual property, limited enrollment, or access to exclusive resources, refunds will not be issued after a purchase has been completed.

Coaching & Private Sessions

All coaching sessions, prophetic consultations, strategy sessions, dream consultations, private appointments, and other one-on-one services are non-refundable once purchased.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule according to the scheduling terms provided with your booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not constitute a cancellation or refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Classes, Courses & Events

Registration fees for classes, masterclasses, workshops, intensives, trainings, virtual events, and other educational experiences are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a live class or event, a refund will not be provided. When a replay or recording is included with the purchase, access will be provided according to the terms of that particular program.

The availability of a replay, recording, or alternate attendance option is not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the offer or registration page.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final.

Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the transaction has been completed.

Purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser access for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Digital materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, shared, uploaded, or commercially used without written authorization.

Memberships & Subscription-Based Programs

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

If a membership includes recurring billing, you are responsible for canceling your membership before your next scheduled billing date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation of a recurring membership prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for payments that have already been processed.

Access to membership content, communities, trainings, or resources may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise specified.

Purchase Options & Payment Plans

When a payment plan or installment option is offered, selecting that option represents a commitment to complete the agreed payment schedule.

A payment plan is not a month-to-month cancellation arrangement unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once you enroll in a program, service, course, or offering using a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due according to the terms agreed upon at checkout.

Discontinuing participation, failing to attend, or choosing not to use the purchased service or content does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the exact same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Changes or Cancellations by Psalmist Angel Brown

In the uncommon event that Psalmist Angel Brown cancels a service, class, course, or event and no reasonable replacement, rescheduled date, credit, or comparable access is provided, affected customers will receive communication regarding the available resolution.
